Journal of Obstetric and Gynaecological Practices POGS, the official publication of Pune Obstetric and Gynaecological Society (POGS) started in the year 2023 is a peer-reviewed print + online Biannual journal. The Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecological Practice POGS releases articles in English aims to publish research spanning the entire canvas of Obstetrics and Gynaecology . While the journal strongly encourages publications from advanced world class research in subspecialties viz Gynae- Oncology, Feto-Maternal Medicine, Gynae- Endocrinology, Minimal Access Surgery and the field of Assisted Reproductive Techniques, it is likewise dedicated to encourage publications in fields of Family Planning, Social Obstetrics and Research relevant to rural practice of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the global south. The journal aims to encourage thinking, questioning and continued medical education to improve upon accepted wisdom. In Obstetrics and Gynaecology practice, we aim to provide a vista to innovators to publish their research in fields of conventional surgery and also novel ideas to provide high quality care at a lesser cost for wider women welfare.
