About the Publisher

Neelkamal Group of Publishers and Distributors” was started in the year 1987, by Mr. Suresh Chandra Sharma at the age of 27 after his separation from his family, with a vision to prove himself. This was the beginning of his journey to create a mark in the field of education. He went Delhi soon after his separation, met different publishers who believed in him. His goodwill and popularity among the publishers in Delhi helped him in his battle. The fire and rage within him came to his rescue. With all his efforts, he came back and started Neelkamal Book Distributors, which was the distribution unit, wherein he got stock of different publishers and sold it to wholesale and retail customers. With just one store of doing so, he soon started 3 new showrooms within the next few years which became the leading book stores in the vicinity.

The Journal of Community Guidance & Research, featuring research articles on diverse aspects of community service has been widely appreciated by the teaching fraternity as well as research workers.
