The Indian Journal of History of Science is dedicated to promoting research on the history of science from various historical perspectives. Published quarterly in March, June, September, and December every year. Publishes peer-reviewed research articles, reports of workshops, conferences, and projects sanctioned by the National Commission under the History of Science Program of INSA. Also publishes book reviews, unpublished manuscripts that deal with the history and evolution of science in India, and important news articles of relevant interest. Began in 1966 and has been published uninterruptedly for over five decades. Offers a platform for scientists, historians, sociologists, and philosophers to exchange ideas on the evolution, nature, and methodology of scientific concepts and technological advances in India.
